Setup and installation

1. Log in to your Acefone account
2. Under the “Services” tab, select “Integrations”
3. To start the Pipedrive CRM integration with Acefone, toggle the “Enable” button
4. After enabling the integration, click on “Instruction”
5. Once the window opens, click “Enable” on the top-right corner of the screen
6. Select the user from the dropdown menu and click on “Save”
7. On the left navigation panel, click on the download button to get Acefone Softphone
8. Select the platform that you wish to install the softphone on
9. Install the softphone and log in with your Acefone credentials
10. Now, log in to your Pipedrive account and add the Acefone application from the Marketplace
11. Log in to Acefone with your user account
12. Select the “Click Here” button
13. Add the Acefone extension for Pipedrive to Google Chrome
14. Log in with your user credentials in the extension to make calls directly from your CRM
