Maximize productivity by having all of your Google Drive files available in Pipedrive. Enable Google Drive sync to edit and create files from inside Pipedrive. No need to edit, download and re-upload them.

All files can be linked to multiple deals or contacts and shared from your Pipedrive account. You can also convert files uploaded to Pipedrive into Google Drive files. To reduce mix-ups, you can create separate folders for files that have been uploaded or edited through Pipedrive.

Note that email attachments are stored in Pipedrive’s own storage system rather than in Google Drive by default, limiting clutter and letting you control the content.

To sync your files with Google Drive:

1. Go to Settings > Customize > Personal > Connections > Google Drive to access the sync options
2. In case your Google account isn't connected to Pipedrive, connect it
3. Select "Yes" in the "Use Google Drive" option to enable the sync feature. Once you've completed the above steps, you can specify the following:

• If Pipedrive files are stored in a separate folder on Google Drive
• If all linked files from Google Drive will be shared with other Pipedrive users in your company
